1. What do you do at Vitamin Road?
I started as a technician to help get through the month of February. Since then I also get involved in quality, training, supervision, teambuilding, optimization, and day-to-day operations. So, actually, my role is very broad and includes a bit of everything!
2. What do you pay attention to during production?
I pay attention to whether everyone feels good, whether there is a positive working atmosphere, and whether people feel comfortable and safe during their work. It is important to me that everyone is treated with respect and is able to work from their strengths. At the same time, work needs to keep moving forward, deadlines and quality standards need to be met, and everyone needs to stick to the agreements we have made.
3. What makes your work enjoyable?
The variety and versatility of the work. I’ve been given the opportunity to use a lot of my experience and skills in my role, while still continuing to learn. As an athlete, I also feel very connected to the products we make, and I test them myself as well!
